This scarce example is all the rarer to have its drum sticks intact - losses of paint to the sticks

The imp is loose on its ebonised stand and has some filler under his left toes (likely done at the time of manufacture to strenghthen the stability as no evidence of damage)

Martin Brothers scratched into the glaze on left leg (likely done since manufacture) Undated but Circa 1902

10.5cm high (excluding base), 7.5cm wide, 9.5cm deep
