William De Morgan
Chipping Campden March 2010 William De Morgan Exhibition Stock
William De Morgan must be regarded as the founding father of the British
Art Pottery Movement and is without doubt a historical landmark both technically
and artistically. De Morgan worked closely with some of the other historical
figures of the Arts and Crafts movement such as William Morris and Burne-Jones
and was a founder member of the Arts and Crafts Exhibition Society.
